Description of Classes:
ABS on Fire - A series of abdominal exercises geared to engage the ab muscles for strength, definition and endurance.
Tabatas Blast- A series of MaxEffort exercises that promote cardio-vascular challenges for a calorie blasting workout.
(20 second work - 10 sec. rest)

YOGA - Hatha- A great begginers YOGA practice. Focuses on posture, breathing and poses of YOGA.
